Dr. Wladimir Klitschko (49-3, 44 KOs) avenged his loss to Lamon Brewster (33-4, 29 KOs) when Brewster’s corner threw in the towel after the sixth round at the Kolnarena in Cologne, Germany.

Klitschko’s jab was lethal, causing Brewster problems from the beginning and continuing throughout the fight, ultimately wearing Brewster down. Klitschko is trained by world renown trainer, Emanuel Steward of the famous Kronk Gym in Detroit.

Buddy McGirt, Brewster’s trainer, threw in the towel after the sixth round when it was apparent that Brewster’s well being could be in jeopardy.

Klitschko remains IBF and IBO Heavyweight champion and firmly holds his spot as the best heavyweight out there today.
