Solo Boxeo Tecate February 15 Features Mike Alvarado vs Jesus Rodriguez

As part of Tecate’s efforts to find new ways to reach the adult Hispanic community, which include the sponsorship of the March 15 Marquez vs. Pacquiao bout, the authentic Mexican cerveza presents the passion of boxing during this Friday's "Solo Boxeo Tecate" match at Chicago's Cicero Stadium. This week’s fight also marks the 10th anniversary of Dominic Pesoli’s 8 Count Productions as the home of the best in Chicago boxing.

Headlining this week's CELEBRATION bout is 27-year- old undefeated, Mike Alvarado (19-0, 13 KO’s) vs. 28 year old Californian, Jesus Rodriguez (17-2, 5 KO’s) in a hard-hitting 10 round battle. The "Solo Boxeo Tecate" event will air live beginning at 7 p.m. CST/8 p.m. EST on Telefutura. “Solo Boxeo Tecate” is one of three boxing programs cerveza Tecate is involved with. “Boxeo en esta Esquina” and “Lo Mejor de Boxeo en Esta Esquina” are also sponsored by the Mexican beer with the most character.
