In a society that moves rapidly with no time for standing still to converse with others. Many communication short cuts have become popular with the masses. Whether it be chatting online or texting from a cell phone the general rule has become, the shorter the better. LOL People just do not have the time or inclination to type out long drawn out responses. I suppose this is a sign of the times be it for better or worse it is here to stay.

Boxing ( as well as other sports) has it's own unique type of shorthand. Many boxing writers as well as fans who love leaving comments on boxing forums know the ins and outs of this secret language.

True boxing fans would rather be viewing a fight then writing about it however it is important for all boxing fans to be in the know about the sport they love so dearly.
