Professional boxer, Rhoshii Wells, 31, was shot and killed on Monday at about 5:42 p.m. in Las Vegas, Nevada. Wells was a former Olympian who won a bronze medal in the 1996 Olympic games. Wells had been selected to compete in the Contender series in 2007, but was cut before the show was produced.

Police and emergency medical personnel were called to 531 North Lamb where they found Wells had been shot. He was transported to UMC where he later died.
Police are looking for an African American Male known as Tullulah who is suspected of shooting Wells. An unconfirmed report stated that Wells and Tullulah had a dispute during a crap game and Tullulah left the scene, but later came back and shot Wells.
