IBF Light Heavyweight Champion, Chad Dawson will put his title on the line for a highly anticipated rematch against Antonio Tarver on Saturday, May 9 at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.

"Chad Dawson is now utilizing new training technology recently introduced into the sport of boxing and MMA fighting to help improve his explosive power in his upper and lower body. Chad utilizes the VertiMax company's most sophisticated V8 training system for maximum development of his leg power and foot speed. Earlier this week the VertiMax company provided Chad with a $12,000 prototype of their new upper body training device designed to dramatically improve punching power and hand speed. The new device called a TurboVest is a light weight combination of vest and machine that can apply a unique form of resistance to a fighter's hands while throwing punches. Allowing complete mobility when performing road work or hitting mitts, the TurboVest provides a revolutionary new conditioning means for developing hand speed and punching power that has never before been seen by the sport of boxing."
